This article provides steps to disable "Execution Successful" pop-up notifications in JSU Cloud.

Note that these settings are currently user-based, meaning each user must disable them individually to stop receiving the alerts.

**Use Case**
Users may see frequent "execution successful" popup notifications when JSU rules are triggered. While these alerts confirm a rule has run correctly, they can become noisy for teams with high-volume automation.

Example of an execution message is displayed:

### Steps to disable Execution Message

1. In Jira, click on **Apps** in the top navigation bar.
2. Choose **JSU Automation Suite for Jira Workflows** from the list of installed apps.

### Known Limitations

- **No Global Toggle:** Currently, there is no global or instance-wide setting to disable these notifications for all users at once. Administrators cannot flip this switch on behalf of their users or for the entire instance.
- **New Users:** New users will have these notifications enabled by default and will need to follow the steps above if they wish to turn them off.
