## Problem

In Tableau exports sourced from Jira Cloud, the **Current Assignee: email** field appears blank even though the assignee's name is visible.

## Cause

Atlassian privacy settings in Jira Cloud restrict Marketplace apps from accessing user emails unless each user explicitly allows it.

## Solution

Each affected user must update their Jira profile visibility settings:

1. In Jira, navigate to your profile and select **Profile and visibility** > **Contact** > **Email**.
2. Set **Who can see this?** to **Anyone**.
3. Refresh the Tableau export. The **Current Assignee: email** field now populates.

> ℹ️ Setting visibility to **Only people at my company** won't work because Atlassian APIs expose emails to apps only when visibility is set to **Anyone**.
