### Switching Timeboxes from Manual to Automatic

Once a Timebox has been configured as **manual**, it cannot be directly converted to an **automatic** Timebox. To apply automatic scheduling rules, the existing structure must be recreated.

#### How to revert to Automatic Timeboxes

1. **Remove existing sub-boxes**
Delete all manually created sub-boxes within the Timebox.
2. **Recreate the Timebox structure**
Set up new sub-boxes using one of the available **automatic generation rules** (e.g., based on dates, sprints, or iterations).

#### Important notes

- This action is **not reversible** - deleted sub-boxes cannot be restored.
- Ensure any important data or configurations are saved before deletion.
- Automatic Timeboxes provide consistency and reduce manual maintenance, but require rebuilding the structure from scratch when switching.

This approach ensures the Timebox aligns correctly with the selected automatic scheduling logic.
