Users may be unable to find Comala Canvas for Jira in the **Manage apps** section of Jira settings, leading them to believe the app is not installed or missing. Additionally, users transitioning from Data Center or Server may find the Cloud navigation different from the on-premise version.

### Cause

In Jira Cloud, Comala Canvas is integrated directly into the project and global navigation menus rather than the administrative "Manage apps" list for general usage tracking.

### Solution or workaround

Comala Canvas for Jira can be accessed through two primary locations in the Jira Cloud interface:

#### Option 1: Access via project space boards

1. Navigate to your specific Jira project.
2. In the project’s horizontal navigation menu (Board), open the **More** dropdown.
3. Select **Canvas** from the list.

#### Option 2: Access via apps menu

1. Go to **Apps** >> **Your Apps** >> **Boards**.

#### Option 3: Access via global apps menu
