### Summary

This article addresses the issue where the Connector for Salesforce & Jira configuration page in Salesforce is blocked by Salesforce Clickjack Protection, resulting in a connection error. 

### Problem

When Clickjack Protection is enabled in a Salesforce organization, users may be unable to access the configuration page for the Connector for Salesforce & Jira managed package.

### Cause

Salesforce Clickjack Protection prevents the framing of Visualforce pages to protect against malicious interface masking. Since the configuration page is often loaded within an iframe, this security setting blocks the connection.

### Solution/Workaround

The following two methods can be used to bypass this restriction **without globally disabling Clickjack Protection.**

#### Use Case 1: Bypass via Lightning Component Page

Users can directly access the configuration through the Lightning Component Page URL.

1. Navigate to the following URL pattern in your browser:
  *Note: Replace *`<your-salesforce-domain>`* with your actual Salesforce instance name.*

#### Use Case 2: Adjust Visualforce Page Security Settings

If the Lightning page is inaccessible (e.g., returns a "Page does not exist" error), you can configure the specific Visualforce page used by the package.

1. In Salesforce, navigate to **Setup**.
2. Search for and click on **Visualforce Pages**.
3. Locate the page named `ConfigurationPageIframe`.
4. Click on the window icon next to **Security**.
5. Ensure the appropriate profiles have access to this page.
