### Problem

When clicking on a bar in the gadget to drill down into Jira, the page may fail to load or the Issue Navigator may not open if the segment contains a large number of issues (e.g., Email, Phone, or Portal sources with hundreds of tickets).

### Cause

This is a known limitation related to browser URL character limits:

- **URL Length Restriction:** Currently, the gadget constructs a drill-down URL by listing every individual issue key (e.g., `key in ("PROJ-1","PROJ-2",...)`).
- **Threshold:** When the number of issues exceeds approximately **130–140**, the resulting URL exceeds the ~2,000 character limit supported by most browsers, causing the request to fail.

### Solution

- **Manual Workaround:** For large segments, manually construct a JQL query in the Jira Issue Navigator to view the issues. Use the same filters (Project, Issue Type, Custom Fields) and date ranges used in the gadget configuration.
- **Future Fix:** A permanent fix is planned for upcoming releases that will replace the list of keys with composed dynamic JQL queries, eliminating the URL length restriction.
