After updating Confluence Data Center from version 9.2.13 to 9.2.23, the **Reporting for Confluence** app may become disabled and fail to re-enable. This issue is typically caused by a dependency on the **ServiceRocket Utility Library**, which may have been disabled during the update process.

## Problem

After updating Confluence to version 9.2.23, the **Reporting for Confluence** app (v7.1.3) was disabled. Attempts to re-enable the app, reinstall it, or clear the plugin cache did not resolve the issue.

### Symptoms

- The **Reporting for Confluence** app shows as "Disabled" in the Manage Apps section.
- Clicking "Enable" does not work.
- Logs indicate the required ServiceRocket utility service** ** is unavailable.

## Cause

The **Reporting for Confluence** app depends on the **ServiceRocket Utility Library**. If this library is disabled or missing, the Reporting app cannot start its OSGi bundles, so it fails to enable.

## Solution

To resolve this issue, ensure that the dependency library is enabled:

1. Log in to Confluence as an administrator.
2. Navigate to **CogWheel** > **Manage apps**.
3. Search for the **ServiceRocket Utility Library** app.
4. If it is disabled, click **Enable**.
5. Once the utility library is enabled, locate **Reporting for Confluence** and click **Enable**.

### Verification

The app should now show as "Enabled" and function as expected.
