## Summary

**Time to SLA** app UI modules, including panels and configuration screens, fail to open or load in Jira Cloud. This behavior typically occurs when the app has been deactivated or its subscription status is inactive.

## Symptoms

- The Time to SLA app doesn't open at all.
- SLA panels on Jira issues are missing or fail to load.
- Configuration screens for Time to SLA are inaccessible.
- You may see blank frames or error messages where app content should be.

The following screenshot shows an example of this behavior.

## Cause

In Jira Cloud, when an app is deactivated or disabled under **Manage apps**, or when its subscription status becomes **Inactive**, the Atlassian platform automatically blocks the app's UI modules and iframe endpoints. This is the expected behavior for all Jira Cloud apps to ensure that only active, licensed apps can render content within the Jira interface.

## Resolution

To restore access to the app, a Jira site administrator must re-enable or reactivate the app.

1. Log in to your Jira instance as a site administrator.
2. Go to **Settings > Apps > Manage apps**.
3. Find **Time to SLA** in the list of installed apps.
4. If the app is disabled, click **Enable**.
5. Make sure the subscription status is **Active**. If the subscription has expired or been canceled, you may need to renew it through the Atlassian Marketplace.

After you enable the app and its subscription is active, the UI modules and configuration screens load normally for all users.
