## Summary

This article addresses a rendering issue in BigTemplate where exporting a timeline from the BigPicture Gantt module to PDF results in missing or incorrectly displayed project names and tasks. This issue has been identified as a bug and is currently awaiting a fix in an upcoming update.

## Symptoms

When performing a PDF export from the BigPicture Gantt module using BigTemplate:

- The project name at the top of the export is not displayed correctly.
- Tasks at the bottom of the timeline are missing or incorrectly rendered.
- The behavior is inconsistent; the number of missing or incorrectly rendered tasks may vary between export attempts.
- The issue persists even after clearing the browser cache or testing across different browsers.

## Cause

The issue has been confirmed by the development team as a software bug within the rendering engine used for Gantt module exports.

## Resolution

### Workaround / Status
