To add line breaks to the email body in the `send-email` action, you must use the HTML `<br>` tag directly within the `"body"` string of your workflow JSON. Standard escape characters like `\n` are not supported for this purpose.

- **Single Line Break:** Use `<br>` to move text to the next line.
- **Paragraph Break:** Use `<br><br>` to create a blank line between two sections of text.
