## <span style="color: #000000">Problem</span>

<span style="color: #000000">Running Service Management project import, in case of queues using project components, there will be errors shown such as:</span>

<span style="color: #000000">additionally going further through "Main configuration import trace" there would be additional errors such as:</span>

<span style="color: #000000">Such errors are not visible during the simulated import but only once configuration is applied. The outcome of the import is that no queue using project component gets created.</span>

## <span style="color: #000000">Solution</span>

<span style="color: #000000">User should create such queues manually post import. Component will be available within the newly imported projects. </span>

<span style="color: #000000">As for the queues, the actual JQLs are stored within <jqlQuery> tag under <queue> entry. Those can be found within </span><span style="color: #000000">config.xml part of export zip file</span><span style="color: #000000"> or in case of a configuration only export, directly into the xml export file.</span>
