It might be because of:

- **You don't have project permissions. **

To access the Priority poker game is necessary to have one of the following Foxly Permissions. 

1. *Foxly: Administer***:  **create poker sessions and be part of the poker session.
2. *View Foxly permission***: ** can be part of the poker session.
3. *Edit Foxly permission***: **able to** **create the poker session and participate in the poker session.

- **not having Jira access.**
- **Internet issues. **
