Sometimes, TFS4JIRA might cache something which might cause some weird behaviors in TFS4JIRA Synchronizer. To clear the caches, you may follow the steps below Access the machine's OS where the Synchronizer is installed at Go to the TFS4JIRA Synchronizer's installation directory By default, it is at  C:\inetpub\wwwroot\tfs-jira-synchronizer Go in the folder  App_Data/TFSClientCache Delete all folders and files inside TFSClientCache Go to IIS Manager → Application Pools → TFS4JIRA Sync App Pool → Recycle After that, all the caches in TFS4JIRA Synchronizer should be cleared.
