## 🤔 Problem

After following the steps described in [https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SFPUBC/pages/478118003](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SFPUBC/pages/478118003) and trying to connect, the connection is authorized, but a *Knowledge Module disabled in Salesforce* message is displayed.

## 🌱 Solution

Make sure that the Knowledge object API name is `Knowledge__kav`. This is the API name that the app uses to map with Confluence pages. If this is changed, it disables the ability to communicate with Salesforce. To review this, follow the steps below.

1. Go to Salesforce → Setup → Object Manager.
2. Under the API name, confirm the Knowledge Object name is `Knowledge__kav`. Use the image below as a reference.
3. If the API name is different, it means it was modified, which is why the app cannot see the object from Confluence.

To fix this, change the API name back to `Knowledge__kav`, assuming this won’t affect production or other integrations. The app will not work as long as the API name is different from `Knowledge__kav`.

> ⚠️ The Publisher app requires the API name `Knowledge__kav` for proper functionality.
