### Symptoms:

On entering a license key in Configuration Manager's licensing page, a similar error is received.


### Cause:

Configuration Manager for JIRA can be used either with a license issued by [Atlassian](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/1211611) or a license issued by Appfire. CMJ's licensing page **can only be used for licenses, issued by Appfire.**

### Resolution:

Enter the Atlassian issued license in the Manage add-ons page like any standard Jira add-on. More details about CMJ's licensing model can be found [here](https://apps.appf.re/dc/cmj/doc/Licensing+Options).
