How to add the D3.js library to Power Dashboard Reports and Gadgets.

## Instructions

Following the directions as found on this [Google documentation](https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/linechart), paste the HTML code into a SIL 

1. Following the directions as found on this Google documentation, paste the HTML code into a SIL Template file as detailed in[ this documentation](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PDGR/pages/14549213).
2. When setting up the SIL Reporting Gadget, select the .tpl file you just created.

> ⚠️ Make sure that the file ends in .tpl, or the chart will not render properly

After clicking on the “Save” button, the chart should look like this:
