<span style="color: #333333">An acceptance report provides detailed information about users' acceptance of an announcement. This article explains how to view the acceptance report for an announcement configured in the </span>*<span style="color: #333333">Announcer for Confluence</span>*<span style="color: #333333"> app.</span>

## <span style="color: #333333">Instructions</span>

1. <span style="color: #333333">Log into your Confluence instance as an Administrator.</span>
2. <span style="color: #333333">Click </span>***<span style="color: #333333">Cogwheel </span>***<span style="color: #333333">menu (</span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

<span style="color: #333333">) </span>***<span style="color: #333333">></span>*****<span style="color: #333333"> </span>*****<span style="color: #333333">Administration</span>***<span style="color: #333333">.</span>
3. <span style="color: #333333">From the sidebar on the left, select </span>*<span style="color: #333333">Announcements</span>*<span style="color: #333333"> under the </span>**<span style="color: #333333">ANNOUNCER FOR CONFLUENCE </span>**<span style="color: #333333">section.</span>
4. <span style="color: #333333">Go to the required announcement under </span>*<span style="color: #333333">Active Notifications </span>*<span style="color: #333333">in the</span>*<span style="color: #333333"> Announcer Configuration</span>*<span style="color: #333333"> page.</span>
5. <span style="color: #333333">Click </span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

<span style="color: #333333">to see the respective </span>*<span style="color: #333333">Acceptance Report</span>*<span style="color: #333333">.</span>

## <span style="color: #333333">Acceptance report details</span>

- <span style="color: #333333">The first section displays the total number of users and the average time taken to acknowledge the announcement, per user type (anonymous or real).</span>
- <span style="color: #333333">The second section in the report displays further details like:</span>
  - <span style="color: #333333">User name(s).</span>
  - <span style="color: #333333">Whether the users accepted the announcement or not.</span>
  - <span style="color: #333333">The timestamp when the announcement was acknowledged.</span>
  - *<span style="color: #333333">Dwell Time </span>*<span style="color: #333333">- the time taken to dismiss the announcement.</span>
- <span style="color: #333333">When you hover over a </span>*<span style="color: #333333">User Name</span>*<span style="color: #333333"> link, you can view the profile of that user.</span>
- <span style="color: #333333">Click </span>**<span style="color: #333333">Export to CSV</span>**<span style="color: #333333">, on the top-right corner, to export the report to a CSV format.</span>
