**Problem**

Before starting the deployment or after a file upload, the Configuration Manager for Jira (CMJ) suddenly displays the following error:

**Solution**

Increase the <u>timeout</u> for the 'Analyze' operation rest endpoint in the <u>reverse proxy</u> of your target Jira instance and try again. You may contact your system admin for this. - Record the network activity while performing the analysis phase. Make sure to start the recording a bit earlier before the relevant issue shows up.
