> ℹ️ This page applies to both **Agile Cards for Jira Cloud** and** Jira Data Center**.

Agile Cards lets you print Jira issues as physical cards for use in agile planning sessions, team meetings, or stakeholder reviews. If you're working on Jira Data Center, you can also generate PDF documents directly from Agile Cards.

This page explains how to generate PDF documents from Agile Cards and provides alternative options for Jira Cloud users.

## Benefits

PDF documents offer several advantages:

- Easily send a professionally formatted PDF to team members, stakeholders, or customers.
- Design templates that display each issue on its own page, with front and reverse sides for detailed communication.
- Save the document and print it later from any device, even if you're currently not connected to a printer.
- Use PDFs for audit trails, documentation, or disaster recovery by storing them digitally.
