This document outlines the configuration options available for the Toggl integration within Jira. To access the configuration page, navigate to **Apps **>** Manage Apps** and select **Toggl Integration for Jira** from the list. Click **Configure** to proceed.

### **Configuration options**

The configuration page offers several options to customize how the Toggl Integration interacts with your Jira workflow:

- **Billable by default – **This option determines whether newly created time entries in Toggl are marked as billable by default. Enable this if most of your Jira work items are billable by nature.
- **Apply Jira labels by default – **Toggl can refill the tags input in the sidebar view with labels from Jira work item, which you are starting the timer for.
- **Assign Toggl Tag based on the Jira Issue Type – **This option enables assigning Toggl tags based on the corresponding Jira work item type.
- **Assign Toggl Tag based on the Jira Epic Name – **Similarly, Toggl tags can be assigned based on the associated Jira Epic Name.
- **Round time before saving to Jira (00:01:30-00:01:59 becomes 00:02:00 in Jira) – **This feature allows rounding up time entries to the nearest minute before syncing them as work logs to Jira.
- **Specify Jira time zone – **In cases where your Jira instance operates in a different time zone than Toggl, you can specify the Jira time zone here to ensure accurate timekeeping. Use it **only** if a time zone discrepancy exists between Jira and Toggl.
