Time to SLA provides workflow post functions that allow you to control SLA behavior during Jira workflow transitions.

Post functions are executed automatically after a transition is completed. They help ensure SLA timers behave correctly when work items move between statuses.

## Important: Post function order

If both post functions are used in the same transition, the recommended order is:

1. Jira built-in: **Re-index an issue to keep indexes in sync with the database**
2. **TTS – Release Re-index Queue of the Issue**

Incorrect ordering may cause:

- SLA values not updating
- SLA resets not triggering as expected
