# New features

We’re thrilled to announce a major update to the reporting experience in Time to SLA. We've completely overhauled the Reports landing page for a more visual, intuitive experience, and we are introducing a powerful new feature: **Executive Reports**.

Watch the video below to learn how to create one and get a quick overview:

### A brand-new Reports landing page

We’ve redesigned the Reports landing page from the ground up to make finding and generating the right report faster and easier.

- The new dashboard features distinct cards for each report type, complete with visual previews of what the output will look like.
- The left-hand sidebar has been reorganized. **Generate new report** is now front and center, while your existing reports and configurations (like Met SLAs and Breached SLAs) are neatly grouped below. We’ve also renamed management links to make their purpose clearer:
  - **Manage report configurations**
  - **Manage report subscriptions**

### Introducing: Executive reports

Previously, advanced reporting (such as calculating total and average SLA times for specific clients or groups, and measuring overall SLA compliance rates) often required exporting SLA data to external spreadsheets. We are excited to announce that these advanced functionalities are now integrated natively within Time to SLA!

Executive reports provide a comprehensive, high-level overview of your SLA performance over time, utilizing data from *completed* SLA cycles.

> ✅ See the [use case page](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TTSC/pages/3426714512) for possible applications.

**Key features and capabilities:**

- **Hierarchical data grouping:** Organize your data into meaningful sections. Group your reports by up to three levels (for example, Space > Priority > Assignee) to see exactly where your SLA performance breaks down and why.
- **Deep filtering:** Filter by standard and custom Jira fields, specific SLAs, or date ranges (created, resolved, SLA start, or SLA end).
- **Visual metrics at a glance:** The report table displays work item counts, average SLA durations, and SLA success rates. Success rates are automatically color-coded (Green for Successful, Yellow for Warning, Red for Critical) based on thresholds you define.
- **Dynamic time intervals:** Slice your data the way you want to see it (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly) with period totals and grand totals built right in.
- **Drill-down 'Detailed' view:** Want to know what’s driving a specific metric? Simply click on any hyperlinked cell in the Executive report to open a detailed view of the exact work items behind that result. You can even refine the filters here and save this specific detailed view as its own nested report for quick access later.
- **Asynchronous generation:** Large reports take time, but they shouldn't tie up your workflow. You can leave the page while your Executive report generates in the background.
