 On the **SLA Reports** page, you can create highly configurable reports, report subscriptions, and line charts, and save search filters for reuse in the future.

## **1. SLA Reports**

Displays your SLA reports. Enables you to create new ones, as well as view, edit, and filter through older ones. You can also create periodic reports and background reports here.

### Report types

- **[SLA Summary Report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TTS/pages/46432837)** lets you see the most important information about your SLAs in the most concise way possible.
- **[SLA Detail Report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TTS/pages/1733361766)** provides a more in-depth look into your SLAs.
- **[SLA Durations Report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TTS/pages/1733132427)** enables you to create bar, stacked bar, and line chart reports for a selected time period and content.
- **[SLA Status Report](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TTS/pages/1733034120)** lets you present SLA status information as a pie chart.

> ℹ️ **When should you use which?**
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ The Summary report is useful for developing work item-based reports, whereas the Detail report is better for creating SLA-based reports. Meanwhile, the Durations and Status reports are perfect for visualizing your work and getting information across instantly.

## 2. Periodic Reports

Shows all of your [periodic reports](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TTS/pages/529207855/Periodic+Reports?atl_f=PAGETREE). Visit this page to download your periodic reports.

## 3. Background Reports 

Shows all of your [background reports](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TTS/pages/529011317). Visit this page to download your background reports.

## 4. Favorite

This category appears when you** **favorite (⭐ ) a saved search filter.

## 5. Other 

This category shows all of your saved search filters.

- **Met SLAs – **A default search filter that generates Met SLAs report.
- **Exceeded SLAs – **A default search filter that generates Exceeded SLAs report.

## 6. Manage Filters

All saved filters can be found on the **Manage Filters** page. Once you save a filter, it will be listed under the `OTHER` category in the sidebar and on the **Manage Filters** page.

### How to save a report filter

1. Go to** SLA Reports**.
2. Create the report configuration you want to save for later.
3. Click the **Save filter as** button.
4. Give your filter a name.
5. Click **Save**.

This page displays and lets you manage your subscriptions for periodic reporting.
