The SLA Durations Chart gadget displays average SLA durations over time using a bar or line chart. This guide walks you through adding and configuring the gadget on your dashboard.

## Add the SLA Durations Chart gadget

1. Go to the **Dashboard **you want to add the gadget to.
2. Click **Add gadget **or** Add a new gadget.**
3. Search for `SLA Durations Chart`.
4. Click **Add gadget. **The* SLA Durations Chart* gadget configuration screen appears.
5. Configure the gadget.
  1. Select a **Filter** or a **Project** to pick which issues to include in the gadget. You MUST pick only one filter or one project.
  2. Select whether you want the gadget to display data **Weekly** or **Monthly**.
  3. Enter the number of **Days Previously** to set the time window for the data displayed in the chart. For example, enter **30** to display data from the last 30 days.
  4. Select SLA(s) to calculate the duration, or **leave it blank** if you want to include all SLAs.
  5. Select **Time Interval (y-axis t**i**me interval) **to set a time unit for the duration. Options are **Seconds**, **Minutes**, **Hours**, and **Days**.
  6. Select **Graph Type (Bar, Line). ***(See graph types below.)*
  7. Create a **Custom Gadget Title. **This custom title will be displayed on top of the gadget.
  8. Select **Refresh Interval.**
6. Click **Save.**

The gadget appears on the dashboard.

## Examples
