1. Select **Time Format **to display.

> ℹ️ You can see a preview of the **Sample Time String **by clicking each option.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ **Long format:** Displays the duration with day/hour/minute/second units and full localized unit labels.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ **Short format:** Displays the duration with day/hour/minute/second units and abbreviated unit labels.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ **Shorter format:** Displays the duration with hour/minute/second units and abbreviated unit labels.

2. Tick **Display SLAs of Linked Issues **if you want to view SLAs of linked issues within one another.

3. Select when to display SLA names in the custom field.

4. Tick **Show Completed SLAs **if you want to see completed SLAs in the custom field.

5. Click **Save.**
