Installing and uninstalling our apps is a standard procedure, and you can do that via [Universal Plugin Manager (UPM)](https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/UPM/About+the+Universal+Plugin+Manager). 

# Uninstalling via Universal Plugin Manager

For more information about uninstalling via UPM, see [UPM documentation](https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/uninstalling-add-ons-273875709.html).

1. Log into your Jira as Admin.
2. Go to Jira **Administration** >** Add-ons**.
3. Click **Manage Add-ons**.

4. Locate User Group Picker Pro™ in the list of your installed apps or use search, and click **Uninstall**.

5. Confirm deletion.

# Manual Uninstalling

In addition to using UPM, you can also uninstall the app manually.

> ⚠️ To do this, you must have access to the server where Jira has been installed.

1. Go to the folder where Jira server has been installed.
2. Access **<JIRA_APPLICATION_DATA>/plugins/installed-plugins** and manually delete User Group Picker PRO™ app.
3. Restart Jira server.
