## Security improvements

The following security improvements are included in this release:

- Resolved a permissions issue in the Profiles page where elevated profile data could be accessed without proper authorization.
- Removed a dependency on a compromised third-party package to strengthen supply chain security.

The following enhancement is included in this release:

- The app configuration page is now accessible directly from the **Apps** section in Confluence administration. This makes it faster to access global settings without having to navigate through **Manage apps**.

- Migrated from deprecated Forge storage APIs to the new `@forge/kvs` package. This ensures continued compatibility ahead of Atlassian's planned deprecation of legacy GraphQL-based storage in late 2026.
